Shipping & Returns - Kirsties Blinds

 

Delivery is through ICL (Initial City Link) and DHL.
The standard delivery is free to UK locations.
Delivery is expected to take 7-14 working days.

Shipping and Customs Duty

We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase.

Kirstie's Blinds cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control.

If you are ordering a product from outside the UK, the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped.

Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds

You have a right (Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000) to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, within 10 working days from the date of receiving your goods.

Goods that are delivered sealed or shrink-wrapped can only be returned if they are defective. Kirstie's Blinds will be unable to issue a refund where the product is returned without all component parts included. You must ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us. You are responsible for paying any additional postage, or shipping costs incurred, when returning the product to us. Kirstie's Blinds will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms & Conditions, if the delay, or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, civil-disorder or industrial dispute.
